His career in recruitment and executive search spans over 25 years, focusing on the Information Technology sector. He has also launched and managed a number of executive search practices for high profile recruitment brands, as well as built and managed his own HR consultancy that provided executive search and recruitment in addition to the offerings of outsourced HR solutions.   

Marks extensive history recruiting senior technology leaders covers CIO and CTO roles as well as Managing Directors and Sales Leaders for Vendors and Service Providers. 

The leadership roles he recruits include:
