Oliver is a Principal at CKG and a member of the Partner Practice Group in Australia.

His career in legal search has been established in Australia over the last 23 years, and he assists clients with Partner search, team lifts, M&A, succession planning, career coaching and remuneration advice.

Prior to joining CKG he spent several years working with international and boutique search & selection firms as well as seven years working with one of the Big 4’s Executive Search teams where he focused on senior professional services and law firm mandates. Additionally, he assists our clients by undertaking C Suite searches and helping firms strategically build their executive leadership. This includes CEO’s, CIO’s, CFO’s and COO’s.

In a previous life, Oliver was a Vice President with leading European and US Investment Banks acting as a broker/trader in financial and commodity derivatives.
