​After qualifying for her ACA with KPMG in the United Kingdom, Andrea worked as a Financial Accountant in financial services in Sydney.

Building on this experience, she transitioned to recruitment in 2003 where she focused on the banking and financial services sector.

Returning to the United Kingdom, she spent nearly a decade recruiting in London, while simultaneously managing a team of recruitment professionals, before returning to Australia in 2017, where she has supported senior recruitment and search consultants across legal & governance and banking & financial services all whilst juggling 3 kids and a busy family life.
