Ciaran grew up in Northern Ireland and now lives and works in London. He is part of our market-leading private practice team and specialises in recruitment across all key practice areas and levels, including associate, senior associate, counsel, and partner.

Ciaran spent 11 years in Hong Kong and has significant experience in international placements. He has successfully placed candidates with leading law firms, including US, UK, Magic Circle, and offshore firms.

He prides himself on a relationship - and knowledge-driven approach, and upholds his core values of integrity, trust, accountability, and confidentiality in all client and candidate interactions. Ciaran has a particular interest in championing diversity and inclusion, especially within the LGBTQ+ space.

Ciaran is an England & Wales-admitted lawyer and trained and qualified with DLA Piper in the UK. Prior to joining Carlyle Kingswood Global, he worked at international search firms in both London and Hong Kong. He has been in the recruitment industry since 2010.
