​Ciaran grew up in Northern Ireland and lived and worked in London before relocating to Hong Kong in 2013. Ciaran exclusively works for our market-leading Private Practice team in our Hong Kong office. Ciaran specialises in recruitment in the Asia Pacific region across all salient legal practice areas at all levels (associate, senior associate, counsel and partner).

Ciaran has successfully made placements with leading law firms including US, UK, Magic Circle, Offshore, PRC and local firms in Asia. Ciaran prides himself on his relationship and knowledge driven approach and upholds his core values of integrity, trust, accountability and confidentiality in all his client and candidate dealings alike. Ciaran has a particular interest in championing diversity and inclusion particularly within the LGBTQ+ space.

Ciaran is an England and Wales admitted lawyer and trained and qualified with DLA Piper in the UK. Prior to joining Carlyle Kingswood Global, Ciaran worked at international search firms in both London and Hong Kong. Ciaran has been in the recruitment industry since 2010.
