Law: Private Practice

The private practice division at Carlyle Kingswood Global (CKG) is split into Partner and Associate recruitment.

The Partner Practice Group (PPG) sits at the core of CKG. The team works with many of CKG’s key clients and is one of the most experienced and respected teams in CKG’s chosen markets. Our consultants in the PPG work with clients and candidates alike to both understand the scope of requirements and to tailor specific methodologies for each new mandate. 

Many of our global clients chose to partner with us across the various jurisdictions in which CKG has a presence. Some of the services offered by the PPG include retained search; partner candidate representation; due diligence reports; competitor & merger analysis; and market intelligence.

The Associate Practice Group (APG) works with clients and candidates at a sub-partner level, facilitating new opportunities for lawyers looking to change law firms or to transition from private practice to in-house roles. Historically, the APG was established to support our Partner Practice Group, undertaking specific sub-partner searches for CKG’s key law firm clients.  Now, the APG works with a diverse set of its own clients, both in private practice and in commerce.
